This Journey starts in Dome Village, Sengir, Sumberharjo, Prambanan, Sleman, Jogjakarta. This Village was built after the massive earthquake back in 2006. Buildings in this village are all in the same shape, looked like Telletubies's house. Claimed to be Earthquake Proof.
Lets start the Journey..
Mario and his Cart arrived in Semarang.
Take a "ayam kremes" (fried chicken) lunch.
Mario had arrived in the Neo Hotel, Semarang.
The hotel is clean, neat and at affordable price.
Don't forget to try the "Tahu Pong". Fried Tofu served with rice and soya sauce.
The Toko Oen is a bakery & restaurant that operating since 1910. It's a hystorical landmark in Jalan Pemuda Semarang, Central Java
Yes, never leave Semarang without it. Lunpia, a spring roll snack that wrapped in thin "crepe" pastry skin. It can be eaten fresh or fried.
Finally, before going back to Jogjakarta, Mario take a couple of picture in Bukit Semarang Baru, a residential area with Lake, swimming pool and good restaurant.
